What is your payment policy?
All rentals are on a pre-paid basis, meaning we charge for your terms of rental upfront daily/weekly/Monthly.
Is there any security deposit involve in a rental?
As security, we will hold on to your passport throughout the term of your rental. Or we can collect a cash deposit for security ($400USD - $1,500USD).
What is the process of making a reservation?
We are unable to collect deposit, therefore reservation is NOT possible, we operate on a first-come first-serve basis.
Do you deliver the bike? If so, what is the cost?
We only deliver and pick up Motorbike within Ho Chi Minh City, free of charge.
What is your gasoline policy?
Bring it back as is, normally almost empty.
Do you provide tour services?
We are a Motorbike rental company, and we DO NOT provide tour services.
How old do you have to be to rent from MotorVina?
The minimum age to rent a motorcycle is 18 years. There is no age limit for passengers.
What are the hours of operation?
We are open from 8:00Am to 6:00PM, please call ahead.
It is possible to drop the motorbike at another city?
We only have one location in Vietnam, that is in Ho Chi Minh City. Therefore, we DO NOT accept the return of the motorbike anywhere other then at our location.

Rentals are based upon a 24 hour period. If you pick up the bike at 10:00 AM it is also due back at 10:00 AM.
Does MotoVina offer Helmet?
No, helmet can be purchased at any local store for $5.00 USD.
